OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY
All orders come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.
For damaged or defective items, please provide clear photos or videos and send them to our support team. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Items returned not in original condition
- Items damaged due to reasons not caused by us
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your bank, as processing time may vary
If you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If you cancel after processing, a 20% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and payment processing costs.
INVALID REASONS
We do not accept refunds for the following reasons:
- Buyer changed their mind after purchase
- Buyer found a lower price elsewhere
- Item lost or damaged after delivery
