IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes, we currently offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders for a limited time.
WHY IS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages. This happens when items are sourced from different fulfillment centers or to ensure faster delivery times.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive at different times to avoid delays.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and demand.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED, LOST, OR STUCK IN TRANSIT?
All orders are shipped with tracked and insured shipping.
If your package is delayed, stuck, or lost during transit, please contact us. We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. Once marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We offer an optional Insured + Priority Shipping upgrade for faster processing and prioritized fulfillment.
This option includes:
