I bought this for my mom after her stroke because her rigid AFO was bulky, uncomfortable, and never seemed to fit properly, especially when her leg swelled. This brace has been a much better option. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a comfortable fit, and it's lightweight enough for her to wear throughout the day.
